"...all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God," (Romans 3:23). But "...God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16) Therefore Jesus Christ is "....the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through [him], " (John 14:6) and "if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." (Romans 10:9). "But whenever someone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. For the Lord is that Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord - who is the Spirit - makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image." (2 Cor 3:16-18)
